The night before he marries Meghan Markle at Windsor Castle, Prince Harry will stay at Coworth Park in Ascot, Berkshire.

It’s a 30-minute drive from St George’s Chapel in Windsor, where the wedding will take place on May 19.

The 35-year-old will spend his last night as a single man at the country hotel with his brother and best man, Prince William.

It’s thought that the prince has chosen to stay at Dower House, a Grade II-listed private cottage in the grounds of Coworth Park.

Built in 1775, it is Grade II-listed and was recently restored to honour the property’s Georgian history.

Set among idyllic private gardens, Dower House sits beside a small river which is home to a family of swans.

The house includes three bedrooms with king-size beds and en-suites, all which feature bespoke, copper roll-top bathtubs, perfect for the prince to soak in before his big day.

Harry and William can enjoy a complimentary bottle of chilled Laurent-Perrier champagne on arrival, as they relax in front of the 65” high definition television.

The fully-equipped kitchen comes with its own personal chef, and butler service is also available should the brothers want for anything.

Set away from the main house, the cottage has its own private gated entrance and parking.

Coworth Park probably appealed to the polo-loving brothers as it is the only hotel in Britain to have its own polo club and fields.

There’s also an equestrian centre and stables for 30 horses.

In fact, a horse theme runs throughout the property, right down to the gold-threaded hooves featured on the bed linen.

The stately home sits in 240 acres of fragrant meadow and there’s also room for a helipad, should the royal pair want to arrive by helicopter.

The estate had several incarnations throughout history before it became a hotel, including an all-girls’ school and the home of Lords and Ladies.

Bride-to-be Meghan will stay at the luxury Cliveden House five-star hotel the night before the wedding.

It’s expected she has chosen the most private accommodation on the estate, Spring Cottage, which was the site of the Profumo Affair in the 1960s.

The three-bedroom house is set on the banks of the River Thames and includes sweeping views over a secluded rear garden.

The couple have been hit by scandal in the run-up to the royal wedding as Meghan’s father Thomas has declared he might not walk her up the aisle after it was revealed he staged paparazzi photos of himself.

In a statement from Kensington Palace, they described it as a “deeply personal moment for Ms Markle” and asked for “understanding and respect” for her father.
